1. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the start date; 72 hours is recommended.
2. A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it with you over WhatsApp or email. Prices are shown in USD.
3. Payment is arranged directly with us by MTN MoMo, cheque or cash.
4. Delivery and setup are included. Please keep the tents and included items in good condition; loss or damage may be charged.
5. Cancellations or changes should be sent to us as early as possible over WhatsApp.
