Where do you deliver, and is delivery included?

We deliver and set up anywhere in Kigali at no extra cost. Outside Kigali, up to about 60 km, we can still deliver — we agree a small transport fee with you on WhatsApp or email before confirming.

How long does setup take?

We arrive ahead of your start time and a single tent is pitched in roughly 20–30 minutes. For several tents, allow about an hour. We take everything down again at the end of your booking — you don't lift a thing.

What's included with a tent?

Every booking includes the tent, delivery, full setup and takedown. The Deluxe tent also comes with 2 sleeping bags free. Extra sleeping bags can be added as an optional extra at checkout.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 24 hours ahead, and we recommend 72 hours for weekends and holidays. Anything under 24 hours can't be booked on the site — message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what's possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours before your start date and there's no charge at all. Between 48 and 24 hours we keep a 50% fee to cover the reserved stock. Under 24 hours, or a no-show at delivery, is charged in full. Weather-related reschedules are always free.

How do I pay?

No payment is taken on this website. You send a booking request, we confirm availability, then we arrange payment directly by mobile money (MTN or Airtel), PayPal or cash on delivery.

How do I book?

Pick your tent and dates, add any extras, enter your delivery address, then send your request to us by WhatsApp or email. We reply to confirm, and you can follow the status of your booking any time in your account.
