Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the expected pitch date.

Less than 24 hours before

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pitch date are non-refundable if payment has already been made.

If you chose to pay on delivery and cancel within the 24-hour window, no fee is charged.

If we can't pitch your tent

If we are unable to pitch the tent for reasons outside our control (for example severe weather, site access problems or other circumstances not caused by us), Pitch is not held responsible.

If we are unable to pitch the tent due to our own fault, you are offered a 5% credit of the booking total, usable on a future booking.
